NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the 16th day of July, 2015 the following described property:

If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to the funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
