Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 23, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 14002084CA , in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BOHDAN S. POPADIUK, et. al. are the Defendants, Charlotte County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot (s) 1 and 2, Block 440, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Twenty Three, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 14-A through 14-E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of August, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
