NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-003199 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which OneWest, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Winston Elcock, Deceased, United States of America, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Carmen Elcock, as an Heir of the Estate of Winston Elcock, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 28 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
