Andersson a/k/a Ann Andersson; Bo Goran E. Andersson a/k/a Bo Andersson; Royal Bay Villas Condominium Association, Inc.; State of Florida Department of Revenue are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3rd Floor, Lobby Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 48, ROYAL BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1102, PAGE 1686 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
