NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a the Final Judgment entered on April 22, 2015, and entered in DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR11 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and MARY ELIZABETH D. MERRILL A/K/A MARY ELIZABETH MERRILL; RANDY E. MERRILL, and WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, 3rd floor , Lobby at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida on the 22 day of July, 2015, at 11:00am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 34, PARK SHORE, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 101 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
