spouses, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; all unknown natural personals if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown
assigns, successors in interest, or any
other person claiming by, through, under or against any legal
entity named as a Defendant; and
all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property hereafter described in this action,

All unknown spouses, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees,creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; all unknown natural personals if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, or any other person claiming by, through, under or against any legal entity named as a Defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property hereafter described in this action.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet tax title has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on the Plaintiff's counsel, MIMI
S. WOLOK, PA, whose address is 1248 Frank Whiteman Blvd., Naples, FL 34103, on or before August 10, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the statement of claim.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, Naples, Florida.
