Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 4, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK “B”, MEADOW LAKE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 137, 138 AND 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2113 56TH AVENUE TER E, BRADENTON, FL 34203; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
