NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, and entered in 2014CA004707AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BARBARA L. ABOWITT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA L. ABOWITT; THE THIRD BAYSHORE, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT K-37, BUILDING K, THE THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 521, PAGE(S) 297 THROUGH 313 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 85 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHTS THEREUNTO APPERTAINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
