NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-000790 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S1 is the Plaintiff and CURT HARBSMEIER; MARTINIQUE NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK; SHARIT, BUNN & CHILTON, P.A. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 102, MARTINIQUE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 516, PAGE 11, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
