NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012784 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Lindsay K. King and Valerie A. King, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 34 IN SECTION 36, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND UPON THE NORTH 20 FEET OF TRACTS 19 AND 30, AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 20 FEET OF TRACT 35, SECTION 26, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT AS ABOVE REFERRED, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
