Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated June 15, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA002111AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and NEIL NATALUCCI, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
TRACT 19, LESS PLATTED ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, POMELLO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of July, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
