Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 28, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 15, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT D-2, HORIZON TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1022, PAGES 3337 TO 3384, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 5, 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 3602 54TH STREET W., APT. #D2, BRADENTON, FL 34209
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 29, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
