NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051227 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series SPMD 2002-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series SPMD 2002-A under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated April 1, 2002, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against David Harris a/k/a David Wendell Bruce Harris a/k/a David Wendell Harris a/k/a David W.
