NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-CA-052282 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE , IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18, Plaintiff, and, MACATHUR LOUIS A/K/A MACARTHUR LOUIS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the 29 day of July, 2015 the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
