NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2015 and entered in Case No. 36-2007-CA-007160 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- BC4 is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL JIMENEZ; GRETCHEN JIMENEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
