Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050256, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and WALTER SAILE AKA WALTER RAYMOND SAILE AKA W.SALIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER SAILE AKA WALTER RAYMOND SAILE AKA W.SALIE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 4186, CAPE CORAL UNIT 59, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 140 THROUGH 153, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
