Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051184, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS SAYERS; RAMONA SAYERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN
PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES,
GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 5, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40 AND 41, BLOCK 1257, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 18, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 97 THROUGH 120, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
