NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-052270 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOHN M. O'MALLEY, THERESA LEE O'MALLEY, NANCY A. ALDERMAN, O'MALLEY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN E. O'MALLEY, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E O'MALLEY the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00a.m. on 29 day July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
