NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-050237 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2003-3, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-3, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROGER TANKSLEY A/K/A ROGER A. TANKSLEY A/K/A ROGER ALAN TANKSLEY, DECEASED; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAROL JEAN TANKSLEY are the Defendant(s).
