Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 24, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, LAKE BERNADETTE PARCELS 14, 15A, AND 16, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 9 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5541 AUTUMN SHIRE DRIVE, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33541; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
