NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2014-CA-003110-WS of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 27th day of July, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1071, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 145-147 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
