LOT 14, GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION, BLOCK F, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 AT PAGE 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
