NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 08, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003423-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and KHALED ISLEM, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, STAGECOACH VILLAGE - PARCEL 2 - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
