NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-001546-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CHARLES W. MACGEORGE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A STEPHANIE TANNER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES W. MACGEORGE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
