NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-004754-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD A DOUCETTE, JR., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD A. DOUCETTE, JR., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

(LOT 289 ABOVE MAY ALSO BE DESCRIBED AS LOT 89 OF BLOCK 2, UNRECORDED PLAT ANGUS VALLEY, UNIT 2.)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
