LOT 67, LAKE PADGETT SOUTH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 125 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
