NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005356 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and, THE FIDELITY LAND TRUST COMPANY, LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER LAND TRUST NO. 000030 DATED JANUARY 24, 2012, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of August, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 1494, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 14 THROUGH 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
