Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-014703, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2005-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES D. DIGRAZIA; BECKY A. DIGRAZIA; ALWAYS GREEN INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENLIGHT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; VILLA ROSA MASTER ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT#2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
