NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 09-015053-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ANDREA M. FARTHING; VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; TENANT #1 AKA MICHAEL HELM; AMANDA LOUISE HELM; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ANDREA M. FARTHING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BUILDING 6, VILLAS OF BONNIE BAY PAHSE II, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
