Final Judgment was awarded on November 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-006121-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY BERNARD WHITING A/K/A TIMOTHY WHITING; KARKITA WHITING A/K/A ICAR KITA WHITING; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
