parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 37, Block 53 of MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF NO. 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 3071, Pages 647 through 722, inclusive and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 1 through 8, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward T. Culbertson, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3621 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, on or before 7-31-2015 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
