NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-012000, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and KATHY S. PALMER; STEVEN A. TWORS, SR.; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A.; TURTLE CREEK UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, TURTLE CREEK UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 44 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
