NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004703-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKE SHORE PARK MOBILE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARVIN K. BEAUCHAMP; MARK BEAUCHAMP; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of July, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit/Lot No. 227 of LAKE SHORE MOBILE HOME PARK, A COOPERATIVE, according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession originally recorded in Official Records Book 6984, Page 2078-2094, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to the Amendment to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession recorded in Official Records Book 8409, Pages 1245-1247, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as 800 32nd Avenue South, Lot/Unit No. 227, St. Petersburg, FL 33705;
Together with 1972 Budd mobile home, Title No. 4976852, Vehicle Identification No. BF3660F;
Together with any equity owned in said Unit or any assets of Lakeshore Park Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc, including Stock Certificate #579, representing one (1) share of corporate stock in Lakeshore Park Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom.
A/K/A: 800 32nd Avenue S, Unit 227, St. Petersburg, FL 33705
