NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011056 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of The Banc Of America Funding Corporation, 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1, Plaintiff and Five Towns of St. Petersburg, No. 300, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
AMHERST BUILDING, UNIT A-305, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 300, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 10, PAGES 97, 98 AND 99, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O. R BOOK 3806, PAGE 287, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
