NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 16, 2015 , and entered in Case No. 14-006791-CI-13 UCN: 522014CA006791XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, NA successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA4 is Plaintiff and MANLY GUY POTEAT, III; BONNIE E. BRETT; DANIEL POTEAT; RFM RESEARCH, LLC; BONNIE E. BRETT, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALLAN POTEAT, DECEASED; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
