NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-010363-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE CLACE JONES, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROY HENRY CLACE A/K/A ROY H. CLACE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE CLACE JONES, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, VALENCIA PARK HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Roy Henry Clace a/k/a Roy H. Clace, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 158, VALENCIA PARK UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
