NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. A, Building No. 311, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPONVILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 6131, Page 2099, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 88, Pages 92-93, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3201 Charter Club Drive, #A, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34688.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 14, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
