Bernritter, Unknown Spouse Of Mark Benritter, Unknown Tenant, Wells Fargo Bank Na Successor By Merger To Wachovia Bank Na, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
