NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-007139-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-3, CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and JAMES CARAMELLO; BAYWAY ISLES HOMEOWNERS CLUB, INC.; JANET E. CARAMELLO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, BLOCK 3, BAYWAY ISLES, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 80 AND 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
