Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 21, of BONNIVISTA A SUBDIVISION, According to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 120, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
The real property is commonly known as 1660 13th Street, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33705.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on July 30, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
