NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-000344-CI (19) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC4,is Plaintiff and EUNICE BAJKOWSKY, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 962 Grovewood Drive, Dunedin, Florida 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
