NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-015108 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DIONICIO GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIONICIO GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #1 N/K/A RAQUEL GONZALES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) # 2 N/K/A DAMARIS BATISTA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK F, OF QUAIL HOLLOW AT RIO PINAR ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
