NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated 12/5/14 and an Order Resetting Sale dated June 1, 2015 and entered in Case No. 482013CA001479-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF OF THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-A2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and ANN LEGRA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN LEGRA; CREST AT WATERFORD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ZMG CONSTRUCTION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER.AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENA'IT #3. and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 3, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
