NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003344-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage loan Trust 2007-1, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a Vericrest Financial, Inc. as its Attorney In Fact is the Plaintiff and Davis Meza; Unknown Spouse of Davis Meza; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK G, CROSSROADS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
