NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, in Case Number 2012-CA-004292-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Jose Osorio, Plaza de Las Fuentes Condominium Association, Inc., State of Florida, County of Orange, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, and Etienne Dougar, a tenant in possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 21, 2015, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit A747, Plaza De Las Fuentes, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5852, Page 1634, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
