KENNERLY IV A/K/A MARION M. KENNERLY; CAROLINE R KENNERLY; MARION M. KENNERLY III A/K/A MARION MCCREADY KENNERLY III; PATRICIA LYNNE KENNERLY A/K/A PATRICIA IRBY TAYLOR A/K/A IRIS PATRICIA KENNERLY; HANCOCK BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A KELSEY KENNERLY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 8/6/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5461, PAGE 3644 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID LANDS, FOR A DISTANCE OF 227.50 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 191.50 FEET; THENCE RUN EASTERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5461, PAGE 3644, FOR A DISTANCE OF 227.50 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED LANDS; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LINE A DISTANCE OF 191.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
