NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem dated May 13, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-009149-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RICHARD J. SOSA and GISELLE REYES, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem, to-wit:
