NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 25, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112,in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27 day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The East 105 feet of the East 180 feet of Tract 25, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 67, a Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
