NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001867-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VICKI HALL A/K/A VICKI J. HALL, DECEASED; WEDGE WOOD I AT PELICAN STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WEDGE WOOD AT PELICAN STRAND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE CLUB AT THE STRAND, L.C.; THE STRAND MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 502, BUILDING 5, PHASE 5, WEDGE WOOD I AT PELICAN STRAND, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2596, PAGE 1630, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
