NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000276-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FV-1 INC. IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, is the Plaintiff and LYNN MCMILLIN A/K/A LYNN MCMILLAN ; GARY W. MCMILLIN are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN AND BEING PART OF LOT 7, SMALLWOODS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK I , PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, SMALL WOODS DIVISION; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7 S 89° 16' 15” W FOR 310.66 FEET; THENCE LEAVING THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 7 S 01° 52' 54” W 127.76 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; N 89° 16' 15' E FOR 116.72 FEET; THENCE S 01° 25' 18” W FOR 176.32 FEET; THENCE S 89° 16' 15” W FOR 118.14 FEET; THENCE N 01' 52' 54” E FOR 176.37 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
